- Prices will get charged for every started half hour. (1/2 hour)
- When using the lounge, every hour needed to prepare the location will be charged €40/h per H2O house-employee.
- Everyone needs to leave the meeting rooms as they were, no garbage or empty cups or cleaning services will be charged.
- When using the lounge, a H2O-Project manager always needs to be present, this is not included yet.
- Costs of drinks and catering are not included when renting the lounge, water, coffee and tea are included when renting meeting rooms.
- H20-Bar can only be used after 5pm
- A half a day is 4 hours, extra hours will be charged per half hour.
Coworking with benefits
We have a large range of drinks at your disposal. You can find coffee, tea and water on every floor but feel free to have a look in the fridges at the kitchen where you will find soft drinks.
Fresh soup is served every day for our members, in case you want to order food, our team will take care of it.
When working at H2O House, there will be a locker at your disposal. So you don’t have to carry your belongings with you all day long.
When the sun is out, so are we! Enjoy having a break on our beautiful terrace with view on the Scheldt or have your lunch at our picnic table near the water.
